These dryer are easy to mount, and work much better than most hotel models. The unit Automatically shuts off when returned to the cradle and the looks are second to none. Don't waste your money and spend more, I'm buying two more for my shore home.

I bought our first Jerdon 1600W wall mount 5 years ago. It was heavily used by my teen daughter and, under those circumstances, lasting 5 years is pretty good. When it finally died, I wanted to replace with same, since the holes were already in the wall, plus it helps reduce counter clutter to have a wall-mounted hairdryer. So far so good on the second one, which has been used daily for for a month so far. I expect to get another 5 years out of this one.

This hairdryer is much more powerful than the Conair I previously owned as it dries my hair in nearly half the time. It is a tiny bit quieter, but still makes a decent amount of noise (about the same as a powerful hand vacuum). It is a perfect size for the bathroom. The only thing I would change is to make the power cord recoil as it is nice and long, but must be wrapped up after each use or left to hang. That said, I still highly recommend this hair dryer.

I don't know how the other oster/Sunbeam hair dryer types work. i;'ve heard stories with product defecting, melting plastic etc, as for this one, it's sturdy, strong base, metal plate is used for mounting, in addition, GFCI shock protection outlet plug, and night light included. I don't know how long the night light will work for, however, it's been two months and I have no problems with it. only disadvantage is that the on/off button is on the base of the product, so if ur arm is far from the base, it's inconvenient to turn off. Unlike the other products with on/off switch on the hairdryer itself. I would still purchase this one over anything else due to it's popularity in hotels, raving reviews from others, and personal satisfaction with product. enjoy.

I bought this hair dryer cause I needed a hair dryer that could be wall mounted as I need one for my Travel Trailer. Had to lay my old dryer in the floor when not in use. The dryer has plenty of power to dry your hair. Mounts easly with little tools needed. I was disappointed in the mount holding power. I don't think it will stay in the holder while traveling down the road. Stays while stopped. This holder just has a pressure point on it. Wish it had release buttons like the ones that are mounted in Hotels. Works great other than that. I give it five stars.

This is the best hair dryer I have ever owned. It is a bit noisy due to the high volume of air it moves, but is very fast, compact, and lightweight.

The wall mounting bracket is great and keeps the dryer conveniently stowed and still looks good. I have owned two Andis hair dryers of similar construction and they have lasted about 5-6 years with daily use. I highly recommend this unit if you do not mind the noise level.

This dryer was easy to install. I like the size and style; it looks great in my kid's bathroom. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't so loud, my kid's are startled each time I turn on the dryer (even with previous warning). It does dry their hair quickly, so it definetly does the job!

After seeing one of these at a motel, decided we needed a wall mounted hair dryer. For our small bathroom, it is very convient and easy to use. Mounting was simple, all hardware provided.

We liked the wall mount as it saves time not having to take a dryer out of the drawer, then out of a case and plug it in. While not as powerful as the older dryer, the time saved just taking it off the wall base and turn it on makes up for it. That's all. Take it off, turn it all and you are receiving a blast of hot air.

Another feature is that it comes with a night light that does go off when the bathroom light goes on. Would recommend this highly.

I purchased this product because of its light weight and flexibility of handling. I am satisfied with it - it is of good quality, small and portable when traveling, mounts on wall out of the way, is powerful, and was a competitive price. The only negative is that I wished there were more than just 2 power settings. I find that my hair is now dryer, simply because I must now use a higher heat setting than with my previous dryer. Overall, though, I do not regret the purchase.
